Our general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions. Sold goods will not be exchanged or taken back. Acceptance and inspection of the goods for dimensions, quality and quantity takes place before unloading the goods. Complaints afterwards are not accepted. No complaint from the buyer regarding quality, quantity or visible defects will be considered if it is not made in writing within 24 hours after the unloading of the delivery.

Non-conformity of the number of pieces must be reported at the time of delivery. Delivery dates are approximate. The expiry of the delivery period does not give any right to compensation or interest.

If a complaint is found to be well-founded, our liability is limited to the replacement of the non-conforming goods, to the exclusion of any compensation.

Wood is subject to shrinkage, expansion and warping for which we cannot be held liable.

Right to return: every customer has the right to return the purchased items within 7 days without giving any reason.
